Rice here is pretty hard to pick up, but that's common for me in rice lagers. I get some grain, and a little on the crisp side for rice lagers, which for me is good. Pours clear golden without head or lacing. Tap at CRAFT Edmonton.

355ml can. Pours a clear gold with a small, foamy, short lived, white head that laces. Mild aroma of bready pale malt, rice and herbal hops. Sweet flavour of bready pale malt, rice, lemon, yeast and herbal hops in a crisp, dry, mild bitter finish. Light body with a smooth, oily texture and soft carbonation. Not bad. Clean and crushable.

355ml can. Pours a slightly hazy gold with a medium, puffy, white head that leaves thick, sticky curtains of soapy lace. Mild aroma of grainy pale malt, yeast, floral and grassy hops. Mild flavour of grainy pale malt, corn, lemon and grassy hops in a dry, mild bitter finish. Light body with a watery texture and soft carbonation. Crushable, but nothing special.

Sweet flavour of toasted malt, caramel and light smoke in a dry, mild bitter finish. Light body with an oily texture and soft carbonation. Smooth and easy to drink.

473ml can. Pours a cloudy orange gold with yeast particles that sink to the bottom and a medium, foamy, long lasting, white head that leaves thick, soapy curtains of lace. Sweet fruity aroma of bready pale malt, orange, mango, peach, earthy yeast and floral hops. Sweet fruity flavour of bready pale malt, grapefruit, pineapple, mango, earthy yeast and piney hops in a dry, mild bitter finish. Medium body with a sticky, oily texture and soft carbonation. Well.... you can uncross your fingers now, because this was juicy and delicious.

473ml can. Pours a hazy amber copper with a medium, fluffy, long lasting, off-white head that leaves soapy curtains of lace. Sweet aroma of bready caramel malt, toffee, grapefruit, cantaloupe and floral hops. Sweet flavour of biscuity pale malt, toffee, grapefruit, orange peel, earth and piney hops in a dry, bitter finish. Medium body with a sticky texture and average to soft carbonation. Pretty solid.

A dark golden amber DIPA with a thin lacing off white head. In aroma, sweet fruity biscuit malt with resinous floral hops, light mineral notes, light doughy character. In mouth, a nice sweet fruity caramel malt with resinous floral hops, light dark fruits, alcohol warmth, very nice. On tap at brewery.
