Description
Established in 2015, we are a 10BBL brewery based in the Neepsend area of Sheffield. Originally based just up from the Ball Street bridge over the River Don which inspired our logo, we moved round the corner into 92 Burton Road in 2020 and share the area with a host of other makers, doers and independent businesses, as well as several other breweries.

Cask at the Wellington, Sheffield on 14th February 2024. Gold with shallow white foam. Slightly pungent hoppy aroma. Rich and intense citrus in-mouth and a finish of lemon and grapefruit. Full bodied with a smooth mouthfeel.

Cask at the Fat Cat, Sheffield on 14th February 2024. Clear gold with shallow white foam and full lacing. Rich malt and grassy hoppiness in aroma. Berry fruits and bitterness in-mouth, and a finish of stone fruits and biscuit malts. Medium bodied with a velvet smooth mouthfeel.

Cask at the Wellington, Birmingham on 29th December 2023. Crystal clear gold with almost no foam or lace. Hazelnut and aniseed in aroma.citrus peel, tropical fruits and spiced nuttiness in-mouth, and a finish of grasses, cooked veg and maltiness. Light bodied with a velvet smooth mouthfeel.

Panda at home, thanks to Graham Grumbo, 17/09/23. Black with a well presented lasting khaki head. Nose is dark malts, herb, cocoa powder, toffee, dried fruit rinds. Taste comprises dark malts, burnt toffee, brown bread, charr, spice, hint of liquorice. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, light drying close. Okay but lacking depth for the ABV.

Cask @ King's Yard Micropub, Shifnal. Nearly black with a light-brown creamy head. Has a decent floral-infused roasted malt aroma and taste at an easy stout strength.

Cask @ The Hebden (formerly The Pub), Hebden Bridge. Deeper glowing amber with a head. Hoppy with a full-body, although its strength isn't really impactful in terms of flavour, with some candy-sweet caramels providing plenty of taste.
