Description

We began as Pizza Oasis, added some hops, and grew into the Old Market Pub & Brewery. We opened our flagship location in April of 1994 and our pizzas are still one of the best thing on the menu (aside from the handcrafted brews!) We put a lot of love into everything we do so you can drink the beer we make here!

Tap at OBF. Pours hazy dark copper with a slight white head. Aroma is spicy/fruity - red berry. Med body. Quite red berry for flavor. Mixed berry. Tart and somewhat bitter. It’s very nice.

A lightly hazed golden ale with a thin white head. In aroma, a light chalky malt with light lemon zest, mineral notes, pils like. In mouth, a nice crisp malt with light citrus notes, grainy malt, German hops, well done. On tap at Fresh Hops Fest, Portland, Oct. 6 2012.

Tap at OBF. Pours dark cherry with a slightly pinkish head. Aroma of tart cherries. Med minus body. Flavor is very cherry. Lightly tart. Seems to be a touch of vinosity and oak. It’s not sour, but with the tartness and so much cherry it’s fantastic.

Draught. Faint floral aroma. Pale copper with thin head. Light bodied, with some malt sweetness and a hop tinge. Small finish.

Draught. Orange gold with thick white head. Medium lacing. Aroma is hop, but not heavily hopped like a hop bomb IPA. Flavour is balanced, hop, malt, medium body. A good bitterish finish.

Draught. Poured pale gold with thin white head. Aroma of bread and raspberry. Raspberry flavour with some a bit of yeastiness. Lingering sweet finish. But not sicky sweet
