Couleur brune foncée, col fin crémeux café au lait.
Arôme est agréable avec une belle présence des malts dont de belles notes de caramel, torréfié et chocolaté. Également un léger café avec une fine amertume en rétro-nasal.
Palais est soyeux, chocolaté délicat, grillé et torréfié de café avec une belle amertume anglaise - léger chocolat amer avec un côté grillé qui revient en fin de bouche - espresso, fruits noirs - mûres.

Bière IPA de style anglais qui pour résonne comme un hommage à Dogfish Head et la série des 'minutes'. Ici, je suppose que le 20 minutes fait référence au temps d'ébullition ?
De couleur ambre/cuivre virant sur l'orange, col blanc-cassé crémeux.
Arôme sur un houblonné frais, ici pas de fioritures avec du haze. Caramel et un apport plaisant de malts qui ne tombe pas dans l'APA mais balance bien les houblons - ces derniers sont sur un léger fruité et résineux.
Palais est houblonné assez classique avec une belle note résineuse voire de sève de sapin. Fleuri avec un retrait malté sur le caramel, un peu grillé/toasté crystal avec une signature bien anglaise et une petite douceur en fin de bouche. Même version en cask aurait été superbe.

440ml Can - Hazy golden in colour. Mango, melon, orange and some perfumed floral notes in the aroma. Fruity and very floral taste with notes of mango, lychees, herbs and orange.

Keg at Brew Wild BCn. Pours mostly clear honey-gold with a tight, frothy off-white head. Light-medium sweet flavour with lightly toasted malts, a hint of pine, very faint caramel notes, some orange rind. Light to medium bodied with fine to average carbonation. Alright balance to finish. A bit tame overall, a bit restrained. So so.

Pretty cloudy red to amber brown beer, big solid creamy beige head, stable, a bit adhesive. Aroma: malty, caramel notes, some chocolate, coffee, grains. MF: ok carbon, medium to light body. Taste: malty start, grains, hint of caramel, slightly sourish, pretty bitter, hoppy, grassy. Aftertaste: good bitterness, malty touch, decent, not great.
