Clear red/pink colour, thin layer of pink foam. Very sweet nose of cherry candy, light tart, some malty notes. Thin body.

Bouteille 33cl au A-Loft Bruxelles lors d'une soirée Comedia en Bruselas. Pas eu le temps de noter le BB.
Ambre, col fin crémeux blanc-cassé.
Bière d'inspiration triple, je retrouve un léger effet belge avec un malté assez dominant et un effet rappelant presque les esters, une petite douceur latente. Le tout est repris par une amertume modérée oscillant vers le citronné et terreux.
Pas mauvaise, mais le tout garde cepenant une sensation de douceur qui perdure avec ce côté drêche donnant à cette bière une sensation de malta.

330mL bottle, pours a deep dark brown with a medium beige head. Aroma is odd, with some malt, a little soy sauce, and stale rye bread. Flavour is much the same, with stale rye bread, dry bready malt, and a hint of soy sauce. Very dry, nothing at all Belgian ale-like except for the slightly above average carb. Not bad, just kind of puzzling as to what this is supposed to be.

330mL bottle, pours a clear copper with a small white head. Aroma smells pretty cardboardy, with lots of oxidation, bready malt and a hint of Belgian yeast. Flavour is dry and bready, with bone dryness, subtle Belgian yeast, and bitterness. Cardboardy, dry and bitter. Odd. Not terrible.

Bottle. Clear dark golden, fluffy head. Nice look for a NA beer. Sweet malts, a bit of wort, grassy hops, soft lime zest, honey. Quite sweet and less bitter. Over light bodied. Quite sugary, but that’s to be expected here. Not great, but drinkeable.

Review based on the BJCP2021 guidelines (style 25A - adapted: no alcohol). Bottle 33 cl - Batch LB5140922B 07:47 (BB 14/09/24). AROMA: medium-high beer must aroma with a sweet character. faint oxidized hops. APPEARANCE: yellow color and clear. medium off-white head with good retention. TASTE: similar to the aroma with medium beer must flavour with a sweet character. slight oxidized hops (dried grass). medium-high bitterness with an almost dry and fairly bitter finish. MOUTHFEEL: medium body with medium carbonation. OVERALL: a no alcohol belgian blond with a predominant must flavour and overly bitter.

33cl Fles van ONP5. Diepgouden kleur, witte kraag. Ruikt bloemig, blauwe bessen, licht hoppig, smaak is medium zoet, wat moutig, hoppig, bloemig, hint van citrus en blauwe bessen of bramensap, bittere finish. Lichte body maar toch een redelijk vol mondgevoel. Prima.
