Back in 2014, a friend of us shared his stories in Oregon, USA. Soon after that, we've got to know about "Hard Cider" movement in PNW. We inherited and are running orchards in Nagano but never tried hard cider before. We clearly remember the taste of our first hard cider sip in Portland in 2015. Much crisper, dryer and richer than localized French style "Cidres" that we were familiar with in Japan.Rev Nat from Reverend Nat’s Hard Cider taught us how they brew hard ciders. Also, we got many of ispirations from Orchards and Cideries in Oregon & Washington. Now we are selling Hard Cider. Made from apples harvested in our orchards. Our journey is just began.

pale golden straw color. Some grapefruit, guava and apple notes. Modestly tart and dry. Medium carbonation. Once again I don’t think hops add a lot but this is better than other hop cider I’ve had from them

Smells a bit like fruity shampoo. Tastes good enough though. Apple plus a bit of hops.

Modestly pale, modestly cloudy, color. Quick disappaiting head. Fairly interesting nose of modest apple tannins and minty hop notes from the hops. Very clean palate, with a mix of modest tannins, fruitiness from hops and a bit of bitterness. A bit all over the place. Modestly dry. Its refreshing, but its disjointed. While not bad, I wouldnt order again.

nice juicy apple character with some barrel in the nose. Off sweet. Palate is much more dry, tart and funky than the nose. Slightly warming. A bit rough but I like it.
