Bottled. Amber colour with a mediumsized off-white head. Aroma is caramel, some slight funk as well as some herbs and mild earthy notes. Flavour is toffeeish, some mild nutty notes as well as some herbal and mild fruity notes.

Bottled. Goldeny orange colour with a small white head. Aroma is toffee, some biscuity notes a s well as some floral and fruity notes. Flavour is fruity, floral, some alcohol, sweet malts and some herbal and grassy notes. Crisp malty aftertaste.

Sample, thanks fonefan! Dark brown, minimal head. Aroma of licorice, calvados and honey. Mid sweet with medium body and rounded mouthfeel. Seriously peppery with sake and calvados, some salmiak and treacle. Intense warming finish. A welcome break with a more alcoholic, dryish 14% dark beer - was kind of expecting the usual syrupy mess you get these days.
