About
As a Gypsy brewer, we do not have our own brewery. We use free capacities in regional breweries - this not only helps us, but also the breweries and secures their jobs. In addition, we have more time for our true passion: trying new things to maybe put them in the bottle. Where exactly your beer comes from can be found under the information about our beers. We use a mixture of domestic and international hops. Mostly we use Hallertau hops for bitterness and complement them with American ones in aroma and dry hopping. Our malt comes exclusively from regional companies.

Thuis uit een flesje. Mooi bijna zwarte kleur, goed schuim, verdwijnt wel na een tijdje. Heerlijke stout, proef duidelijk de chocolade, daardoor ook een goede bitterheid en niet te zoet.

33cl bottle. A almost clear deep golden beer with a mid-sized good lasting off-white head. Aroma of grassy and soft floral bitter hops, hay. Taste of straw, pale malt, mild grassy and floral hops, hints of citrus, medium bitterness.

Bottle at the Kiselo Druženje (Sour Gettogether), 2017. Thanks! Dark golden to amber. Cucumber aroma! Funky and salty flavours. Refreshing, authentic. A bit one-sided but I loved it!

Bottle. Clear yellow-golden color with white head. Aroma is quite distinctively hoppy, melon, gooseberries, gummybears, cereals. Taste is gummybears, cereals, not too sweet, rather dry finish, but also maybe a bit too light-bodied for what you'd expect from a Helles from Munich. Oily mouthfeel with natural carbonation. Quite tasty.

From tap at Naiv, Mainz. Clear dark golden amber color with off white head. Malty and hoppy aroma, caramel, bread, citrus, grass, pine. Sweet and heavy bitter taste. Almost medium oily body with soft carbonation.
