Can. Slight haze and a medium head. The aroma is grapefruit, papaya and tangerine hoppiness. The hops come through on the palate with a similar character. The malts are sweet, pale, and a touch gloppy. The hops are maybe a touch less bright on the palate, too. Bitterness is fairly low and that brings out more of the malts than is worth - this would be better with a punchier grapefruity bitterness, no question.

Can. Amber colour. Thin head. Mostly bright, just a chill haze. On the nose, it's really chewy, hops a bit cheesy. It's older school than old school. On the palate, it's different. I mean, there's still some cheesy hops, but it's not so much chewy as it is candy sweet. The malts are strange times indeed here. Now, I'm not crazy about cashmere anyway. In this case, it's kind of an orangey accent and that makes for an odd interplay with the malt. The alcohol is just noticeable, could stand to be a bit burlier, especially as perceived bitterness is low. Man. This is a tough one to evaluate. I don't particularly care for it, but even though it's unusual it's not off or wrong. Just different in a way I don't happen to care for personally.

Can: Poured a light black color stout with a large light brown foamy head with good retention and some lacing. Aroma of chocolate notes with some light roasted malt and residual sugar notes. Taste is also a mix of light roasted malt notes with some chocolate notes and too much residual sugar notes. Body is too thin for the style with good carbonation. Too thin and too sweet to be truly enjoyable.

Can: Poured a clear bight golden color ale with a medium size white foamy head with OK retention and some lacing. Aroma of lightly sweet cereal notes with some light floral notes is OK. Taste is also a mix of lightly sweet cereal notes with some light floral notes. Body is about average with good carbonation. Standard blonde ale and nothing to write home about.
