Description
Brasserie Bellenaert is a company rooted in its territory, Flemish above all. We use as many local suppliers and service providers as possible – for example, our Belle Blond is brewed mainly with hops from Flanders.

The beer is brewed with 4 ingredients: water, malt, hops and yeast. Our beers are neither filtered nor sterilized and do not contain any additives.

5.5
Appearance - 6 | Aroma - 5 | Flavor - 5 | Texture - 6 | Overall - 6

75cl bottle shared with my father-in-law in Eecke. Pours gold with a light mist, medium white head. Aroma has some soft malt, light yeast. Taste is rather light with biscuity pale malt and a light bitterness, drying close. Could do with a little more hop presence, perhaps more of a yeasty sweetness, but it's ok.

6.8
Appearance - 8 | Aroma - 7 | Flavor - 6 | Texture - 6 | Overall - 7

75cl bottle shared with my father-in-law in Eecke. Pours a misty dark / black, small off-white head. Aroma has some nice roast with a little pine needle. Taste has a confident roast element, a touch of coffee with a hop bitterness that hints towards pine. Body seems a touch light. Not a bad CDA.
