On tap at Bergen Ølfestival. A lightly unclear golden beer topped by an off-white finger-thick head. The aroma reminds me of sugar, with fruits and a bread touch. Bread, sugar, fruityness and a hint of chili in the flavor. Some bitterness notes. There’s a light chiliburn on the palate, it’s full-bodied and nicely carbonated, with a long fruity finish. Well, a rather boring one, and considering the name I’d certainly expect more chili. 150905

Can shared thanks to HenrikSoegaard. Pours clear dark golden with an off white head. Aroma of tropical fruit, cheesy malts, caramel, resin, honey and weeds. Flavour is moderate sweet and bitter. Light medium bodied with soft carbonation.

Taste is slightly dry and harsh, coriander, bark, soap, weeds, leafs, harsh hops, grass, minerals, yeast. Medium bitterness, harsh soapy mouthfeel. Meh!

Small offwhite head. Hazy amber body. Funky mealy fruity aroma with floral notes. Sweetish fruity mealy taste with oily notes. Mid-bodied. Slightly hot mouthfeel. Sweetish fruity herbal aftertaste with mealy notes. Quite nice, and more flavour than the others. (0.3l draft at brewpub.)
