Cask at the Swan, Amblecote. Pours light gold with a small head. Aroma is papaya and straw. Taste has papaya throughout, with pineapple on the bitter finish. Would be excellent in the summer, rather than as a Christmas beer!

Draft at Cherry Reds, City Centre, Birmingham. Poured a clear light amber with a frothy white head. The aroma is dry grainy mineral malt, floral hop. The flavour is light to medium bitter with a watery, light dry floral hop bitter palate. Light bodied with soft carbonation. It's an acquired taste. Not for my table if I'm honest.

Tap at Brewdog Birmingham. Poured a hazy straw colour with a thin broken white head. The aroma is dough, biscuit malt, fresh light yeasty pineapple citrus fruit. The flavour is moderate sour with a fresh, crisp, biscuit malt, fruity, light watery palate. Medium to light bodied with average carbonation. This is actually rather amazing for Fixed Wheel who hardly have a history of brewing sours. Very easy to drink and will probably even appeal to people who don't normally like sours.

Cask-conditioned, at the Lime Kiln, Bristol, 30/9/2017. Near black in colour with a creamy, beige, head. A pleasant, sweetish stout, with lots of chocolate and lactose character, leafy hops, toasty malts and a dryish finish with some coffee notes. Excellent.

Rocky white head left a big froth on a hazy, walnut coloured, light effervescent body. Yeasty, spicy, stone fruit aroma. Medium to full body. Average carbonation. clean on the finish. Hoppy, bitter, stone fruit, tangy tastes - just missing more the Belgian Yeast! Tremendous attempt at a Belgium IPA.
