Cask, half-pint in the Station Hotel, Oakengates on 21st Jan 2015. Very pale golden body, clear and see-through: smooth white foaming head on top. Grapefruit aroma and taste, some lemon and lime traces in both, with a mild, light maltiness. Hidden sweetness in the finish, but this is all about those Mosaic hops and the grapefruit flavours.
