Cask at the Wellington; clear golden yellow pour with a bubbly white head, hint of pineapple and lemon aroma, pine hop with some citrus and grapefruit in the taste and a moderate bitter finish.

Cask stillage at the Anchor, Birmingham. Poured a clear dark brown with a thin broken light tan head. The aroma is light roasted malt. The flavour is moderate bitter with a light, slightly watery hop bitter malt, light liqourice palate. Medium to light bodied with soft carbonation.

Cask at the Anchor, Birmingham. Poured a clear medium amber with a frothy white head. The aroma is light hop light malt. The flavour is moderate bitter with a big woody citrus hop bitter palate. Medium bodied with soft carbonation and a long bitter finish.
