Bottle. Pale amber color. Malt, hints of caramel, salt and red pepper in the aroma. Initial malt character ruined by a pepper burn that grabs you by the throat and gets more intense by the second. Undrinkable for me.

Bottle 330ml. shared @ BAF! 2018 [ Borefts After Festival ] @ Brouwerij Kaapse, Veerlaan 19-D, Rotterdam, Netherlands 3072 AN.[ As Neobosski Wicked Emperor ].Clear medium orange - amber yellow colour with a small to average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, pale malt, fruity malt, light bread, moderate hoppy, fruity hops, wood, resiny, light citrus - lime (old lime). Flavor is moderate sweet and light bitter with a average to long duration, fruity hops, wood, pale malt, light resiny, light citrus - lime. 33cl bottle. A clear reddish brown beer with a huge most good lasting off-white head. Aroma of bacon, sweet red malt and caramel. Taste of bacon, soft roasted caraemlish malt, sweet bacon. Good!

33cl bottle. A clear dark orange brown beer with a mid-sized most good lasting beige head. Aroma of quite bitter hops, dark moderate roasted malt, coffee, coffee beans. Taste of dark roasted bitter malt, bitter coffee, very bitter hops.

Bottle. Golden pour. Aroma of caramel, malt, creamy vanilla and citrus. Taste has bitter malt, creamy vanilla of sorachi ace, caramel, bitter herbal citrus and some booze. More strong ale than iipa and seems unfinished.

33 cl. bottle @ home, gift from Suus. Black with a very dark beige head. Ketjap manis aroma with some hops, ginger and coffee. Sweet, light peppery taste with a dry licorice finish. Thin body. Strange but interesting beer.

Pitch black, tall frothy tan head, dissipates quickly to a tin layer, light lacing. Aroma roasted malts, coffee, soy sauce, laurel, cinnamon, licorice. Taste medium sweet and bitter, malty, coffee, liquorice, bit soy sauce, umami, peppery. Sweetbitter aftertaste, spicy notes, soy sauce, cocoa powder, medium body, watery texture, soft carbonation. A pity about the thin mouthfeel otherwise an interesting spicy brew, actually very nice.
