East Nashville houses our wild fermentation program and taproom. Foeder, blending tank, and barrels. Brettanomyces, patience, and curiosity lead this passion project. TailGate Pizza is from scratch, craft pizza. Made in house at each taproom with the same devotion and passion we apply crafting great beer. All taprooms are all ages, all the time and feature liquor and all our beers to go.

Draft at the brewery, Nashville, TN. Nitro version. Pitch black color with a small beige head. More peanut butter aroma than anything else. Both the stout flavor and the peanut butter flavor are fairly mellow, not over done. Light body for the style. Smooth. Slightly sweet. No bitterness.

Too sweet for repeated drinking, but it is good. Has a nice light smoky flavor to it too. Super smooth and tasty dessert beer.

Draft at the brewery, Nashville, TN. Opaque bronze color with a small off-white head. It smells exactly like an oatmeal raisin cookie! The flavor follows the nose. Very sweet flavors of cinnamon, oatmeal and raisins. Really good. Super smooth and clean.
Draft at the brewery, Nashville, TN. Clear dark gold color with a cream colored head and excellent retention. Great lacing too. Very sweet aroma. Yes, it has both sweet and salty flavors but it's more sweet than salty, especially in the finish. Creamy mouthfeel. The 7.0% ABV is well hidden. Good dessert beer.
