Brewery draught, 2/14/24. Heavily hazy, lemon-golden-brass. Small, white head quickly to ring. Juicy grape, peach, pineapple and melon. Not boozey or sugary. Lots of base malt adding honey and biscuit. Clean. Soft, sweet, juicy, with big pineapple-melon notes followed by peach and white grape. Honey, cake, more peach and mild citrus. Shockingly low bitterness. Would like a bit more and a bit less sweetness, but it's not messy or alcoholic or resinous.

Brewery draught, 2/14/24. Lightly hazy, pale golden-lemon. Small, white head. Lemony, with light wine suggestions, honey-like malt and mellow pine. Clean. Soft, spritzy, with honey and biscuit, dry and lightly juicy with pine, mango and white wine. None of the pitfalls of Galaxy (heavy astringency) with some lovely mineral character, to boot.

Brewery draught, 2/14/24. Deep, clear bronze. Small, white head. Moderate Brett, moderate lactic, mellow wine and oak with big malts. Clean, gentle acetic on the finish. Soft, sweet, malty, but drying out via light acetic and moderate lactic acidity with lightly toasted oak amd mellow grape. Well-done, good texture. Clean.

Brewery draught, 2/14/24. Moderately hazy, blonde-golden. Small, white head, modest retention. Juicy, mellow, belying the high alpha. Pine, mango, citrus, peach and biscuity malts. Clean, no resin. Similar flavor with zero aggressive/resinous notes. Just balanced pine, grapefruit, peach and mango with soft, hobey-and-biscuit-like malts, nicely deep and attenuated.

Pour is a clear blond with a large foamy white head. Aroma is citrus mostly lemon. Flavor is white bread malt with a more hoppy citrus finish. I guess a west coast pils is just a hoppier version. This was pretty good. Just the right amount of cracker malt to citrus hops.

12oz can, 2023, drunk 10/1/23. Motor oil. Coconut artfully wrapped in to rich bourbon and creamy milk chocolate. Hint of acidity, light vanilla, no booze, mellow. Soft, viscous, syrupy, not too sweet, but sweet of course. Coconut melds nicely. Rich, rich, rich bourbon but mellow, no edge. No booze. So flavorful. Still can't get over this brewery. It's literally on par with the best.
