Pour is a clear blonde with a large white head. Aroma is white bread doughy malt. Flavor is likewise. A nice doughy and bready malt with an ok bitterness on the back end. Crushable for sure.

12 oz. can, pours black with a small tan head. Aroma brings out dark sugars, bourbon barrels, and medium roasted malt. Flavour is super rich, with intense dark sugars, huge bourbon barrels, and heavy roast. Wonderful depth. Balanced well despite the intensity.

2024 can at LC member party, 1/18/25.
Dark, clear, inky, viscous. Little tan head.
This is everything the TreeSide I just had wasn't. Bright, bold, brash, perhaps, with massive bourbon acidity. Rich, deep, sticky, syrupy malts and reasonable attenuation. No booze. So much bourbon and rye spice it's insane. And yet it's properly aged with no heat or heavy tannin. Not sure which I liked better. Maybe a slight edge to this one.

Brewery draught, 1/17/25.
Clear, blonde-brass. Large, white head.
Actual saison yeast from Belgium, no clove and bubble gum. Biscuity malts with yellow stone fruits and lovely mineral/plaster.
Juicy, soft, good acidity and strong biscuit with strong apricot and cellar must. Very far from Dupont, but equally far from American saison. Clean, malty, attenuated. Beautiful.
