On tap at the taphouse. Hazy yellow with medium white head. Dank, some citrus, but somehow bland.

On tap at the taproom. Black with beige head. Chocolate with some dried fruit, roasty, very smooth, very balanced, bourbon in the back. Great. Medium to full bodied.
Intense rye barrel notes, some chocolate sauce, vanilla, cocoa, bourbon and syrup. Sweetish and heavy but complex and tasty. Great.

Brewery draught, 2/14/24. Clear, pale golden. Moderate, well-retained, white head. Huge herbs with dainty honey and cracker in support. Clean and zesty. Peppery. Earthy with pepper and fresh herbs. The hops are stellar but the malt is a touch crackery and thin. Not problematically so, and it makes it even more crushable, but I wouldn't hate just a bit more malt depth. Very clean.
