However, there are also similarities. Respect for the environment and society play a central role in the brewery. Indeed, Brouwerij Huyghe is the only brewery in Belgium to produce the Mongoza-beer that has received the fair trade, gluten free and organic label. It also actively invests in a smaller footprint and social employment.

Bottle. Blonde. Soft floral aroma. Malty sweetish, floral slightly perfumed flavor, with hints of citrus. Alcoholic. Beautiful label, mediocre beer.

Draft @ Moment, Abdij van Averbode. Hazy blond colour, creamy white foam. Nose of citrus, honey, grapefruit. Taste is rather sweet, enough hoppy bitterness.

A light yellow beer, a head is big and white. Aroma has fruitness, perry, some lemon, spicyness. Taste has fruitness, quite strong spicyness of herbs-peppers. Medium bodied, high carbonation. Basic good beer.

330ml bottle shared with Frau Eva at Universal Lounge Bar. Stable, one-finger thick white body leaving rings of lace down the glass. Inviting smell of mid-sweet yeasty fruits. Oil fruity hops and grainy malts, mid-sweet, to the taste buds Backbone of mid-dry yeasty . Soft, mid-sweet yeasty fruitiness to the ending. Well balanced and well bodied. Good drinking outside in sunny Spain. (Albir 15.04.2019).
