Bottle at BBT 7/2022. Lots of caramel and candies in aroma and both in taste. Medium body, medium carbonation. Med-light oxidation. Moderate generally fruity hops character. Not great, not terrible, rather average.

Bottle. Pours a nice amber, clear, lots of head. Aroma is intense pine, herbal hops, grapefruit. Medium body. Flavour is malty, rich, medium sweetness. Medium bitterness. Pine, light resin, grapefruit, orange, herbal and earthy. A very classic west coast IPA. Old school and tasty.

4/4/2021. Bottle shared at the first post-lockdown Ipswich beer share. From Saveur Biere. Poured hazy/cloudy golden brown with a frothy off-white head. Aroma of toffee, biscuit, butterscotch, citrus, tropical fruit, stone fruits and pine. Moderate sweetness, medium bitterness. Medium plus body, average carbonation. Enjoyable.

Weird beer - not really a black IPA, but black pepper ale suits it I guess. Coffee, roast, some chocolate. Weird but quite nice.
