Light brown colour. Aroma is a little floral. Flavour has some caramel sweetness but otherwise is thin and watery. Has a non distinct bitterness in the finish.

Typical looking wit. Spicy and wheaty aroma. Quite a clean taste. It is clean and fresh with a hint of orange citrus. Weakish flavour, a bit watery.

Pale blond no head. Thin and watery and low on flavour. Slight tartness, very fizzy.

After having their Blossom beer, thought I would try this blonde ale, as it probably close to the other. Pours a clean golden colour with a decent white head and sticky spot lacing. Slight sweet malt aromas with fruity notes, hops and yeast. Pretty much the same for the taste, but the hops take over the sweetness. Yeast lingers with a very light dryness. This one a little better overall. Gets hoppier as it warms up, looking closer to a pale ale. Quite decent overall for a session brew at this place.

On tap in the Ottawa brewpub, $4/pint on Tuesdays. Pours a clean deep amber with not much lacing, nor head. Fruity amber malt nose with a little sweetness. The taste also has fruity amber malt with some yeast in the finish. Not much hop compared to their Sugar Shack (also tried tonight, based on their amber). An easy-drinking amber beer with some decent amber malts and yeast.
