Draft at the Lyon location. An unclear yellow beer with a lazing white head. The aroma has notes of coriander and wheat as well as lighter notes of lemons. The flavor is sweet with notes of wheat and coriander as well as lighter notes of dusty hops, leady to a dry hay-like finish. The body is light. Boring.

Bottle 33 cl. Courtesy of Ungstrup. Pours a cloudy golden with a huge and frothy shaving foam style white head. Very subdued aroma - a little fruit perhaps. Medium body, a dry fruitiness, a peppery spicy yeastiness and a surprisingly bitter finish. Not bad. 230112

Taste: citrus, bit chemical, dirty malts. Aftertaste: watery, bit chemical. Very light, lacking flavour, an insult for the style. :p
