.5l draft at Les 3 Brasseurs Ste Catherine in Montreal, Canada. The pour is a hazed yellow golden with a white head. The aroma is a bunch of clove, hay grass, and traditional Wit Belgian yeast. The is lemon, floral, the evident clove, an the general Belgian yeast spiciness. The palate is medium bodied, un filtered mouth feel and a lingering clove finish. Straight forward, solid Wit.

Draft: Poured a light clear blonde color ale. Aroma of light cereal notes with hints of residual sugar notes. Taste is a mix of clean cereal notes with light residual sugar notes. Body is light with OK carbonation. Nothing earth shattering but enjoyable clean cereal based blonde ale.

Draft: Poured a clear brown color ale with a medium size foamy head with OK retention. Aroma of lightly caramelized malt with some residual sugar notes. Taste is also a mix of residual sugar with light caramelized malt. Body is a bit thin with OK carbonation. Nothing to write home about.

Flip-top 750ml bottle on 7th Sep 2016 at the monthly Shrewsbury tasting in Chez Sophie. Cloudy old gold body, full white head. The aroma had a yeasty note or two alongside some tropical fruit esters: taste followed the same lines, slightly yeasty and fruity in nature. Fairly sweet, so my sweet tooth liked it.

75cl bottle @ monthly tasting, Chez Sophie, Sep 16, courtesy of BlackHaddock. Many thanks. Pours hazy gold, large frothy white head. Aroma is familiar sweet blond yeast. Taste is fairly light on triple flavours, rather a session triple with moderately soft doughy yeast and faint spicy hop notes. A bit uninspiring, but I could quaff a full bottle in the heat no problem.

Tap@Les 3 Brasseurs Mondeville
Slightly hazy pale ale amber color, good creamy white head. Aroma is a bit earthy, has wet doggie and some fruityness. Light to medium-bodied. Caramel, alcohol, some fruityness, decent maltyness. Sweetish aftertaste. Flavor is much better than the aroma.
