The beer starts malty and sweet. Nice Schwarzbier aroma, but way too sweet. The mainpart is a bit roasty, but lots of brown sugar aroma that doesn't really fit in with its sweetness. Too sweet for the aroma. The aftertaste is long, caramel, brown sugar with roasted hints, slightly bitter and way too sweet. --> 10/11/7/9

Bottled, thanks Bov! Hazy amber, minimal head. Floral nose with peculiar herbs and paper. Mid sweet with light-medium body and clean mouthfeel. Low bitterness. Industrial and raw.
