Can at Bao, Borough Market, London. Gold with a white head and a light to middling fizz. Rather watery and not much flavour. Sweetish, a hint of sweetcorn but also maybe some honey and white bread. A bit of crispness to finish. It's not great but it's inoffensive and I've had far worse. Worked ok to wash down the superb bao buns at this place.

Thin off white head left a cover on a slowly carbonating clear amber coloured body. No aroma. Medium bodied, soft with a sparkling back. Sweet, malt, syrup & over ripe stone fruit tastes. Poor.

Taiwan Strawberry Beer paired with a Yuki Ichigo sweet from Lawsons. This 3% golden brew has no fii or am to speak of but also a bit of a reddish or pink tinge to it. It has a HUGE strawberry aroma, medium bodied with a very pronounced candy sweetness. The sweet is Ichigo Michi over sweet cream, a sponge cake base and a strawberry center. It cuts the beers seeernrss down to more manageable levels. Nice.

Pours clear golden with a frothy white head. Aroma of rice malt. Taste has normal international lager elements, more grainy than is typical, some mild resin. Palate has lingering maltiness, fairly dry. Not bad.
