Description
The Micro-brewery is the ideal experimental garden for the development of new beer recipes, – flavours and – styles. Here we not only experiment to our own heart’s content, but we also offer a professional platform for beer lovers who want their own beer creations to come to life (up to 250 litres). The Micro-brewery also hosts educational session at every level of the beer brewing profession and for corporate guests it is the pre-eminent place to learn more about for example Corporate Social Responsibility.

(Draught at In De Wildeman, Amsterdam, 11 Aug 2023) Reddish brown colour with frothy, beige head. Malty, slightly smoky nose with caramel, red fruit, dark bread and smoked ham. Malty taste with notes of caramel, dried fruit, figs, dark bread, mild smoke flavours and a gentle spicy bitterness in the finish. Medium body, with a touch of sweetness. Tasty and well balanced with a gentle smoke presence. Very nice.

(Draught at Arendsnest, Amsterdam, 9 Aug 2023) Dark brown colour with frothy, beige head. Malty, roasted nose with dark bread, prunes, caramel and juniper berries. Malty, slightly roasty taste with notes of toast, bread, chocolate, prunes, juniper berries and a balanced spicy/roasty bitterness. Almost full body, with a certain sweetness. Tasty and well balanced, with a spicy juniper touch. Very nice.

Pours a murky reddish brown colour and a very dense light beige head that leaves lacing all over the inside of the glass. Aroma's: mild smoke, some malt, a bit of red fruit and light butter. Flavour is light moderate sweet with a touch of sourness. Light bodied.

Gedronken in Borkel bij De Woeste Hoeve van het vat. Donkergeel tot roodbruin bier met mooie schuimkraag. Smaak is bitter hoopi en vrij zoet en kruidig met iets van bloemen en sinaasappel met een heel,licht zuurtje erin.

Large 75cl bottle picked up from the brewery shop in Gulpen, Netherlands and consumed at Isobel's Spond nr Kington, Herefordshire at the after wedding party Saturday 16th October 2021 shared with Dad and Stuart. Pours mid late gold with a haze, white head. Nice Tripel, pleasant spicy edge, fruity, really easy drinking for the abv. Good.

Already some time after the bbe date. Pours a ha,y amber colour and a dense off white head with a tiny layer retention. Aroma's: malt, raisins, spices. Malt, sweet, spices, raisins retronasal. Flavour is moderate sweet. Medium bodied. Soft carbonation. Finishes with just a hint of bitterness.
