Bottle from Beer Zoo. Appearance - golden with a nice fluffy white head. Nose - biscuit and light caramel note. Taste - bready, lemon and light honey note. Palate - light bodied and fairly fresh on the finish. Overall - decent helles.

Bottle from Beer Zoo, Dunbar. Appearance - pale yellow with a very slight haze. Big fluffy white head. Nose - sweetcorn, cooked runner beans. Taste - brown bread, lemon and green beans. Palate - light bodied, refreshing bitterness. Overall - good example of the style.

Verhältnismäßig herbes Helles, geht fast schon in due Pils-Richtung, trotzdem okay, auch wenn ich bei Lust nach dem Stil eher andere Biere bevorzugen würde.

Bottle at home in the sun finally, 29th May 2021. Pours a light straw colour, massive white frothy head. Aroma of grass, bread, biscuits. Taste is clean, bready, straw and fresh grass, very drinkable, with a bitter and bready finish
