Golden with a slight haze. Vaguely Czech-smelling with herbal hops. Mild bitterness, herbal continental hops and light malt in the background. Balanced, good pils.

Bottle. Dark brown color with a quickly-disappearing big beige head. Nice roasty aroma with chocolate, some nutty notes and some fruity hints. Sweetish dark malts flavor with some roastiness, some coffee, chocolate notes, a fruity touch and a drier finish. Medium-bodied. A well-made Brown Ale.

Draught at the brewpub, stable creamy off white head, murky darkish brown colour, aroma of hay, light coffee and dark bread, flavour of dense dark chocolate, hay, spice and candy sweetness which adds a sensation of fattiness. A nice flavourfull brew.

Re-rate 4/1/13: Bottle at Beer Market. Hazy golden with a white head. Fruity and alcoholic aroma with a bit of spiciness. Sweet, spicy and alcoholic flavor with malt, honey and some fruitiness. Medium-bodied. Slightly better than the bottle I tried yesterday, but still too sweet and alcoholic for me. 6/3/5/3/11=2.8
Re-rate 3/1/13: Bottle at Beer Market. Slightly hazy golden. Grainy and alcoholic aroma with some fruitiness. Sweet and alcoholic flavor, somewhat fruity. Medium-bodied. Not so fun. 5/3/5/3/10=2.6
Draught sample at "Shuk HaBeera" festival in Tel Aviv. 8.5%. Hazy orange color with a big stable frothy head. Fruity nose, a bit floral, with yeasty notes, spiciness and hop notes. Flavor starts sweetish with a bit of honey and malt, continues fruity and a bit yeasty and finishes bitter, a bit peppery, with hops, some citrus and hints of mellow sweetness in the back. Medium-full body. Easy drinking and reminds me a bit of Tripel-IPAs in its American-Belgian character. I like it. 6/4/7/4/14=3.5

Draught at the brewery, small head, thick cloudy, deep orange colour, yeasty perfumy aroma with notes of earth and mushrooms, flavours of candy, maramalade and peach, quite sweet with a hint of alcohol but overall quite smooth, medium body, shortish aftertaste. A beer with real character, nice effort.

Draught at the brewpub, Medium creamy head, murky almost opaque dark orange colour, aroma of raspberry. citrus, apricot and hints of flower blossom. Flavours of citrus - mainly mandarine, with light raspberry notes which become stronger in over tome to finally dominate the aftertaste. Nice wheat beer with a suprisingly sturdy backbone and body, the raspberry is quite understated and add another dimension to the wheat beer without turning it into a fruit beer.

Draught at the brewery, amber colour with some reddish taints, aroma of yeast, vanila and maybe a touch of spice. strong bitterness with white fruits and cream caramel with a strong buttery sensation which lingers into the aftertaste. Quite good but not really belgian, but to my mind more an english ESB.
