Draught at the brewpub, stable creamy head, a bit deep and quite clear golden colour, herbal and vanila aroma with some maltiness, sweet fruity flavour wit ha medium strong herbak bitterness balanced by a lemony sourness, long honey fruity aftertaste. clean well made and very easy to drink but dearly needs a distinct character.

Draught at Beer Market. Hazy golden with a white head. Hoppy aroma of lychee, other tropical fruits and a bit of yeast. Sweetish flavor with a bit of malt, fruity hops, vegetal yeast notes and a minerally/earthy hint. Very light bitterness in the finish. Light to medium-bodied. Pretty quaffable, but they could have done better with the Citra hops they used - the hops flavor and bitterness are way too mild.

Bottled (thanks Bov!). Golden colour, small white head. Aroma is mild sour/tart wooden notes with some floral and some toffee. Flavour is toffee, sour/tart wood, some earth and mild grainy and gluelike notes. This beer has developed in a rather strange way, considering it’s a pils. Being warm and really shaken at some point? It’s been standing still for several weeks at my place.

Bottle thanks to Shay and Lorraine. Pours muddy amber with off white head. Nose and taste of caramel malt, mixed nuts and piney hops. Slightly metallic. Lighter bodied.

Dark brown. The aroma is a little coffeeish and a little roasty. Chocolate, toasty, with medium bitterness and a gentle dark malt complexity. Good stout - I could drink some of this.

Dark brown and fairly cloudy. Nutty brown aroma with some darker caramels. Very toasty, dominating with that note and some more caramel/butterscotch stuff.

Dull light brown. Smells like an American dunkel more than anything German. The malts are bit thin, showing a hollow coffee and toast character.
