Tap @ the brewery. Nice head with good duration. Color is black. Aroma and taste are rich coffee, roast malt, chocolate, vanilla and has a nice coffee finish.

On tap at the brewpub. It pours a crystal clear dark golden body under a small, dense, off-white head. The aroma has some diacetyl, but mostly it's caramel and bread, with some generic fruityness and some piney hops. It's medium bodied and semi-dry, with a pleasant carbonation. The flavor too has some diacetyl, along with bread, grass and caramel. There's also some birch leaves, grass and hay. Medium length mostly malty finish, though with some fruityness. Pity about the diacetyl, else is a fine brew. 231109

On tap at the brewpub. It pours an unclear yellow body under a nice white head. The aroma is piney and grapefruity with hints of grass and pale malts. It's full bodied and nicely carbonated, quite dry, with a pleasant bitterness. Grapefruit, pine cones and a touch of tropical fruityness, pineapple and peach, in the flavor. Notes of resin and pale malts. Long finish. Tasteful and easy drinkable, although not very complex. 231109

On tap at the brewpub. An unclear pale yellow-golden colored beer with a nice white head. Lacing. The aroma has lots of grapefruit and pine cones, with little else going on. Some pale malt, grass and generic tropical fruit. It's full bodied and very nicely carbonated, with a good bitterness. Quite dry. Grapefruit and pine cones in the flavor too, leaving little room for the malts. Long bitter and fruity finish. Quite delicious this one, quenching, but like most NEIPA's it's not a beer to drink a lot of. 230807
