Flaska på Barbra, ett ställe i Beit Jala, söder om Jerusalem med mäktig utsikt. Klassisk pilsner som är ren och kanske lite karaktärslös, aningen honung jämte ljust bröd och säd. Ok.

Bottle shared at a tasting at Tom L’s place. Clear amber color. Aroma of malt, caramel, lots of clove, some cinnamon. Sweet flavor, caramelly, with winter spices and a minerally touch. Medium-bodied. Clean and well-made, but too sweet and spicy for my liking.

Bottle, big bubbly fluffy head, hazy intense yellow color, rubbery slightly spicy yeasty aroma with some apple notes, apple, cimamon fruity aroma, with a citrusy sourness and a slightly coarse herbal bitterness, very strong and bit unpleasant carbonation. Infected but still fair and drinkable.

Bottle at Beerfest at Sharonim mall in Hod HaSharon. Hazy golden. Sourish funky aroma, fruity, citric, yeast, a bit of vinegar, light plastic hint Flavor is rather dry, mildly sourish, funky, fruity, with citrus and apples, yeast, light vinegar hint, some sweetish graininess, and a light bitterish touch. Quite light-bodied, way over-carbonated (makes it a lot harder to drink). Infected, but could be worse.

Bottle split at ABC Beer The Hague, 24/09/2015. Thanks. A reddy caramel brown coloured pour with no head. Aroma is toast, red berry, nutty roast. Flavour is composed of tangy earthy roast, tangy red berry, nutty toast, raisin bread. Palate is semi sweet, highish carbonation. Ok.

Bottle split at ABC Beer The Hague, 24/09/2015. Thanks. Hazed yellow / light orange coloured pour with a lasting off white head. Aroma is light grainy, light leon, grain husks. Flavour is composed of stale old malts, oxidised, ligh tea, lemon meh. Palate is airy carbonation, slight tangy, flabby. Meh.

[ As Shepherds Stout ].Clear medium to dark red brown color with a average, frothy - creamy, good lacing, mostly lasting, light beige head. Aroma is moderate malty, bread, roasted, cardboard. Flavor is moderate to light light heavy sweet with a average duration, ash bitter, bread, sugary, sweet malt. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20150924]

Bottle sample at a tasting at Max’s place. Thanks Shmupi. Clear amber. Aroma of caramel, cinnamon, clove. Very sweet flavor, kinda sickly, caramelly, with some spiciness. Medium-bodied. Way too sweet for my liking.
