Sampled 330 ml. bottle @ Fête de la Bière Finlandaise. Deep brown reddish, uneven tanned head. Nose is hugely sweet (far more so than expected), herbal cough syrup, sugar. Taste is sweet watery oily herbal cough syrup, stove burned sugar, herbal, dough, overly sweet, too much cough syrup, … Sticky, too watery, low carbonation. Not really what expected. Not really my style, passable, overly cough syrup in a weird almost caricaturist Belgian fashion.

Fonefan 270215. Amber colour with a beige head. Aroma is roasted malt, hop. Flavour is roasted malt, hop, sugar, bread, toffee, grass. Medium body. Ordinary beer.

Draught@SOPP Helsinki 2015. Pale yellow colour with a minor head. Aroma is ginger, lemon and some mild bready/grainy notes. Flavour is being quite similar, with a rather thin palate. Easy to drink, and probably searching it’s roots from a radler, but without being a beer mixed with sprite.

Bottle from rosenbergh, many thanks Jan. Dark amber color with thick off-white head. Aroma of red fruits, raisins, caramel. Caramel malt with red berries in taste together with some herbal notes. Light hops in finish.

Bottled, thanks oh6gdx! Lightly hazy nut brown, small head. Sweet with medium body and rounded mouthfeel, low carbonation. Very caramelly with toffee and molasses, notes of grass. Mid bitter finish.

Straight from a 3l plastic bottle at One Pint Pub. It pours murky deep brown with minimal head. The nose is bitter-sweet, fragrant, earthy, dark fruits, jammy fruits, peppery juniper, herbal and caramel. The taste is smooth, bitter-sweet, dark fruits, jammy berry, figgy pudding, Dandelion & Burdock, umami, blackcurrant, throat lozenges, bubblegum and herbal action with a smooth finish. Medium body and low carbonation. Hides abv very well. Quite drinkable actually. Good.

Draught @ Sopp Tampere 2015. Aroma is tart with green apples, some floyry apples and apple peel. Flavour is rather tart with lots of green apples, leathery apple peel and distant floury tones. Rather aggressive at its tartness.

Bottle 330ml. [ As Lammin Kotka ].Clear medium amber color with a small to average, frothy, fair lacing, mostly lasting - diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, sweet malt, light hoppy, grass notes. Flavor is moderate sweet with a average duration, sweet malt. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20150227]
