On tap at Kings Beer & Wine, pours a clear pale golden with a small white head. Aroma is full of oily, resinous and dank piney hops in classic SD fashion. Flavour is oily, resinous and piney in the hop department, with a thin malt base. Nicely constructed and well-hopped. Excellent classic SD IPA.

Poured from a 16 oz can dated September 12, 2023. Aroma is fairly hop forward with lots of grapefruit pith, pine resin, tropical citrus and hints of oily, dank notes. Light cracker malt notes and light alcohol notes. Pours a fairly clear, golden orange with a large, thick, pillowy, white head that recedes slowly to a medium small film that lingers in clumps on the edges. High amount of lacing and small legs. Flavor has a medium light sweetness and medium cracker malt notes. High bitterness and light alcohol notes. Moderate hop notes of grapefruit pith and pine resin with lighter tropical citrus and dank, oily notes. Mouthfeel is medium bodied with medium carbonation. Low astringency and low alcohol warmth. Overall, a solid West Coast IPA. Good traditional hop character with balanced malt notes. Strong, assertive bitterness that lingers for quite some time. Alcohol well hidden.

16 oz. can, pours a clear pale golden blonde with a medium white head. Aroma brings out some piney hops, some tangy white wine and gooseberries, and biscuity malt. Flavour is bright, with lots of bright piney hops, gooseberries, white wine notes, and crisp biscuity malt. Bright piney bitterness on the finish with the lovely NZ hops coming through.
