On tap at Pizza Port - Carlsbad, pours a clear dark brown with a small beige head. Aroma has a nice vibrant piney hop character that melds well with the toasted malt. Flavour is wonderfully balanced between the toasted malt and earthy hops, almost more like a CDA, with a dry, toasted, bitter finish. Wonderfully balanced and constructed.

On tap at Pizza Port - Carlsbad, pours a deep dark brown with a small beige head. Aroma has plenty of rum barrels, dark sugars, and dark dried fruits. Flavour is on the drier side for such a beer, with big sticky sugars that’ve mostly been fermented out, moderate rum barrel presence, toffee, and bready caramel. Great blend of malts, smooth barrel expression. Very good.

On tap at Pizza Port - Carlsbad, pours a clear pale golden blonde with a small white head. Nose is full of earthy, piney hops, and crisp biscuity malt. Flavour is dry, with bright melony hops, piney notes, and dry biscuity malt. Dry, piney, melony finish. Very good.

On tap at Pizza Port - Carlsbad, pours a clear blonde with a small white head. Aroma has a nice hop expression, full of citrus, tangy, and piney hops, some melon, and a dry biscuity base. Flavour is bright, with lots of tangy, citrusy, piney hops, some melon, a touch of dankness, and a very thin, dry biscuity malt base. Great bright, tropical and yet dry hop expression. Excellent.

Can from Beerrepublic webshop. Orange golden color with thick white head. Moderate aroma of oranges, tangerines, zest, apricots, tropical fruits, medium bready malt. Taste starts bready malty quickly followed by hoppy kick with zest, pines, oranges, tangerines, a;pricots, papaya, notes of white tea. Medium long hoppy bitter finish.

0.473l can. Golden body with a huge pearl head. Aroma and taste of biscuit, grapefruit, goose berries and a bit of pine. Smooth IPA that is quite easy to drink. I like it.

US Pint can from a Trader Joe's, poured into an old Tuborg straight sided UK Pint glass on 4th August 2025 at my daughters place in Laguna Hills. Almost clear golden amber body, snow white crown that hung around for a while. Grapefruit aroma and initial taste, as it warmed other citrus fruit aromas and flavours arrived, but the grapefruit taste overpowered them somewhat. Rather bitter and dry in the finish.
