Bottle sample courtesy of Grumbo, cheers Graham! Bronzey golden colour, some bubbles on top and aroma of apple, caramel, funk. Taste is sweet, rich apple, fleshy fruity, caramel, along with dry tannins. Medium bodied, light soft carbonation, medium sweetish drying tannic finish. Nicely drinkable.

25/4/2026. Bottle courtesy of Bartosz. 6.5%. 2023. Decent pour. Nice tangy drying tartness. Rich apple, lightly funky, baked apple, caramel. Long dry tannic finish. Very nice.

Bottle shared. Deep golden. Soft caramel, deep sweet apple, tart apple, cinnamon, soft tannins. Quite sweet, under medium sour. Full bodied. Great.
