Rhinegeist Brewery is located in the Over-the-Rhine historical district in Cincinnati, OH. We brewed our first batch on June 8th, 2013. Open 7 days a week.

Sample at Daily Growler UA during the "Epic 3 Year Anniversary Party + Food Truck(s)" event on 12/17/2015. Dark brown color with a medium foamy tan head that recedes steadily to a film. Small patches of lacing on the glass. Aroma of malt, chocolate and coconut. Light to medium body with flavors of chocolate malt, toasted coconut and a touch of coffee. The finish is toasty malt and coconuts. Pretty good overall.

Sample at Daily Growler UA during the "Epic 3 Year Anniversary Party + Food Truck(s)" event on 12/17/2015. Dark brown color with a medium thick light beige head that diminishes quickly to an outer ring. Short strings of lacing on the glass. Aroma of malt, bourbon and chocolate. Medium body with flavors of oaky bourbon, malt and dark chocolate. The finish is oaky with a bourbon and malt aftertaste. Pretty good overall.

On draught at Nationwide Arena. The beer is a clear pale amber color with a medium thin off-white head that recedes quickly to an outer ring. Stringy lacing. Aroma of mild hops, malt and fruit. Light-bodied with flavors of grassy hops, pale malts and slight fruity yeast. The finish is mildly bitter with a short herbal hops aftertaste. Decent overall.

Malty sweet with light spicy rye. Nice candied fruit notes. Soft ready malts. Medium, rounded mouthfeel. Decent ale. Could use a little more imagination.

Orange with a large white head. Tropical fruits, light cereal grains, a bit of floral, and a decent portion of malt sweetness. An enjoyable but unremarkable pale.

Sample at 1808 American Bistro. The beer is a clear orange color with a medium off-white head that diminishes gradually. Partial rings of lacing. Citrus, hops and malt in the nose. Light-bodied with flavors of herbal hops, citrus and biscuit malt. The finish is mildly bitter with a spicy hop aftertaste. Decent overall.

12oz can thanks to Jeff. Pours out a golden topped with a white head. Nose is grassy hops some cereal malts. Taste is more of the cereal grain and some light hop notes.

Sample at the Four String Golden Can Party & Tap Takeover at Pint Room on 10/30/2015. Cloudy pale yellow color with a medium thin white head that diminishes steadily to a film. Spotty lacing. Fruity aroma with yeast and malt notes. Light-bodied with flavors of peach, citrus, yeast an doughy malt. The finish is mildly tart with a peach aftertaste. Above average overall.

Sample at the Four String Golden Can Party & Tap Takeover at Pint Room on 10/30/2015. Cloudy pinkish-yellow color with a medium white head that evaporates steadily. Short strings of lacing. Aroma of fruit, yeast and malt. Light-bodied with flavors of semi-sweet cherry, herbal yeast and malt. The finish is fruity with a cherry aftertaste. Decent overall.

Sample at Daily Growler Powell during the "Second Annual Pumpkin Carving Contest" on 10/22/2015. Clear dark mahogany color with a medium thick light beige head that diminishes gradually. Partial rings of lacing on the glass. Aroma of caramel malt, roasted coffee and hops. Light-bodied with flavors of roasted malt, toffee and earthy hops. The finish is sweet with a malty aftertaste. Decent overall.
