Bottle @ home shared with Dutchdrebus and Caesar. Opaque black color, average sized off-white to light brown colored head that lasts for a short while. Aroma is indeed malts, coffee, vanilla, bourbon. Flavor isn't that different. Well it's the same actually. Awesome !

Still the smoothest 10%ish juiciness.

Draft. Murky deep gold/orange. Frothy white head. Aroma of orange, citrus, peach, lemon, light pine, some floral notes, toasted grain. The flavor is moderately sweet and lightly bitter. It finishes lightly to moderately sweet and moderately bitter. Medium body, watery/velvety texture, lively carbonation. Taste of orange/grapefruit juice. Thick mouthfeel.

Solid West Coast IPA, pine on the forefront with grapefruit, earth, and lemon adding depth. Caramel and biscuit provide a good malt base, and the clingy bitterness on the finish is a welcome sight in the face of all these damned hazy juice bombs. Nothing here really separates Entropic Theory from the pack, but, hey, it hits the notes I want in an IPA, so kudos.

Draft. Light amber body with a frothy white head. Light hoppy aroma of floral hops, pine, toasted grain. The flavor is moderately sweet and lightly bitter. It finishes lightly to moderately sweet and lightly to moderately bitter. Medium body, sticky texture, moderate carbonation. Aroma is OK (if not a bit anemic), but the flavor is clunky, medicinal. The mouthfeel is lightly chalky; the beer sits on the tongue like a wet rag.
