12 ounce can into tulip glass, canned on 8/14/2017. Pours lightly hazy reddish/pinkish/orange color with a 1-2 finger fairly dense and fluffy light pink head with good retention, that reduces to a small cap that lingers. Nice spotty soapy lacing clings on the glass, with a fair amount of streaming carbonation retaining the cap. Aromas of big juicy/tart/tangy blackberries, fruit skin/seeds, lemon, lime, peach, pear, green apple, melon, red grape, sea salt, wheat, cracker, herbal, grass, light lacto funk, and yeast earthiness. Damn nice aromas with great balance and complexity of fruity/acidic yeast, blackberries, sea salt, and moderate pale malt notes; with great strength. Taste of juicy/tart/tangy blackberries, fruit skin/seeds, lemon, lime, peach, pear, green apple, melon, red grape, sea salt, wheat, cracker, herbal, grass, light lacto funk, and yeast earthiness. Light-moderate fruity/lactic tartness, fruit tang, and light peppery yeast spiciness on the finish. Lingering notes of tart/tangy blackberries, fruit skin/seeds, lemon, lime, peach, pear, green apple, melon, red grape, sea salt, wheat, cracker, herbal, grass, light lacto funk, and yeast earthiness on the finish for a good bit. Very nice complexity, robustness, and balance of fruity/acidic yeast, blackberries, sea salt, and moderate pale malt flavors; with a great malt/tartness and tangy fruit balance; with zero puckering flavors after the finish. Moderately crisp/clean finishing. Moderate increasing dryness from tartness and tangy fruit. Medium carbonation and light body; with a very smooth, moderately grainy/acidic/tangy/tannic, and lightly saline balanced mouthfeel that is great. Zero warming alcohol as expected of 4.6%. Overall this is a delicious gose. All around nice complexity, robustness, and balance of fruity/acidic yeast, blackberries, sea salt, and moderate pale malt flavors; very smooth, crisp, clean, and refreshing to drink; with the mellowly tart/tangy finish. Very flavorful and not watery for the ABV. Nice levels of authentic berries with balanced Lacto; solid pale/wheat malt backbone, and not overly salty. A very enjoyable offering, and spot on style example.

Can, slightly crushed on the corner, heheheh and it should be listed as Mad Tree Psychopathy - Blood Orange. Cloudy like a good hefe but the smell is metallic apa. Not sure at first if this qualifies to be an IPA but in the middle it starts to exert itself. Yes, bitterness bui;lds until it becomes a ubiquitous lighter IPA. Hides alky pretty well, thot this was a session IPA at first. IN the end I think it should be listed as an APA, tasted stronger APAs than this. But hey, you like IPA? Give it a try.

The beer is a slightly hazy golden color with a medium thin white head that recedes steadily to an outer ring. Short strings of lace. Aroma of citrus, hops, spice and malt. Medium body with flavors of citrusy hops, coriander and bready malt. The finish is herbal yeast and hops. Decent overall.
