Draught at the brewpub
Cloudy amber color; creamy head. Quite strong aroma of cereals (unexpected in an IPA). Strong mouthfeel, malt and cereals flavor, strong bitterness, resiny hops, moderate residual sweetness, with traces of yeast; long final. Chaotic, not stylish, but drinkable.

Draught at the brewpub
Dark brown color; beige creamy head. Aroma of roasted malt, ashes, earthy. Dry mouthfeel and lean body; roasted malt flavor, with some sourness, lightly spicy, and also lightly dusty. Correct bitterness. Peculiar but nothing special.
