Not a terrible mexican pale lager, has a nice body and a relatively good taste for a macro. Even better with mexican food.

Nose is sweet grainy with some malt; transparent light brown with a small, quiclly disapating beige head. Flavor is caramellysweet with a llitle hoppiness in the finish. The best as far as I’m corncerned of the Mexican macros.

Bottle. Eh, coffee sort of flavor, with heavy malts. Hint of caramel. Not very good in my opinion.

Bottle: Amber coloured, thin foamy layer, very quickly diminishing; dry coffeeish-malty with a tinge of caramel; faint dry (malty) flavour; short dry malty and a bit fruity finish, metallic in the end. Not really bad, but a bit thin......

12.oz Bottle pours out a darker color with a tan head. This is not like the other Mexican beers I have had. Not to bad. For a dark it is not very strong. Pretty sad.

Better taste than Corona Light, still best served with lime. A beer for hot days and laying in the shade. Decent, but not as good as its made out to be.

It’s great when you drop in a slice of lime, serve with chips & salsa, and the thermometer is high. Other than that, kind of bland.
