Draft at the VT location. Dark brown pour and some head. Nose is nutty, and chocolate and earthy. Tastes the same. Some boozy warming.

Reminds me of strong lagers. Pronounced alcohol (I would guess at least 8% if I was blind tasting), sweet malt, toffee, hints of dried fruits and long bitter finish.

Nice and easygoing IPA. Has some pleasant piney hops, supportive malt backbone, citrus rind, tangerine, melon, nips of mango. Sun-kissed malts. Yeah, this is well balanced throwback gear. Great stuff.

Pours hazy gold into a shaker. Bright white head with good retention recedes leaving trailing sheets. Tangerine and passion fruit aromas. Medium bodied with sweet tangerine and lime upfront turning to caramel before the lasting pith finish.
