12oz bottle. A real miss in the My Turn series. WTF DeSantis? :) Anyway, filtered orange body. Rather gross off smelling Pinot Grigio mist or juice or who knows...not good. Strong, but not a good beer...tastes flat out artificial..drinks sort of boozy and cheap. No redeeming qualities, a real loser.

Growler from the brewery. Filtered stained glass amber-brown body. Head fades away into some soda bubbles. Sweet, a little young perhaps, but still kind of captures the style. Deep malt tones. Mild, distant hop balance. Drinkable for the ABV. Interesting malt depth, I am certainly curious as to what exactly they used in this one ingredient-wise.. Mild amber tone, british medium dark malts. More restrained than the bourbon cinnamon variation. Cool to see an Old Ale. Enjoyable.

The Aromas are malt with a little bit of fruit. And caramel. Flavors are similar to nose, mildly sweet upfront with good carbonation and a little bitterness to balance. . Decent body and finish and not a bad beer.

The Aromas are roast, dark malt and a little molasses. Flavors are similar to nose, on the sweet side, with some mildly aggressive carbonation to balance. Slightly thin body, carbonation carbonation lingers on the tongue into the Finish.

355 ml bottle. Unclear golden, small head. Tangerine, caramel, hay, bread, pale malts, noble Saaz hops. Malty sweetness with a dry bitter hint. Medium bodied, oily texture, soft carbonated, dry finish. A decent interpretation of a Maibock.

Growler from the brewery. Massive white head on top of a thick grey-orange body. Pretty well balanced offering. Thick, yeasty, wheat-oat body, very smooth and easy drinking. Sabro leads the hop charge, giving off some nice peach, strawberry tones. Citra and Amarillo balance it out with some bitterness. Kveik cleans it up some, and adds some light Belgian-ish esters. Overall pretty solid wheat/oat Kveik IPA, maybe not the best NE IPA.

12oz bottle. Thick black body, beige head. Deep and sweet, I get a lot more cacao and chocolate syrup tone than bourbon. Sweet and pretty much a pastry stout, but a little less sickeningly sweet and overbearing than those tend to be. The barrel comes out the more I sip at it, but really drenched in cacao powder. OK.

12oz bottle. Chewy, old school IIPA. Resinous, full bodied. Has some decent depth, just leans into an antiquated sort of flavor. Not that impressive of an offering, but pretty reasonably priced too. OK.

Copper color, light floral hop and malty aroma. Flavor is strong floral hop bitterness with a subdued caramel malt sweetness underneath and at the finish. Hoppy IPA aftertaste.
