[as Irishtown Dublin Pale Ale, ABV 4.4%] Bottiglia. Il gusto al naso è indirizzato verso l'agrumato. L'olfatto viene stimolato in maniera normale e l'esistenza olfattiva è sufficiente. Il cappello di schiuma resiste abbastanza. La grandezza delle bollicine è medio-fine. Il liquido è di consistenza limpida. Il colore è ambrato. Il corpo è pieno. L'amaro è deciso. La forza gustativa è elevata. La continuità gustativa è buona. Il gusto è piacevole. Le sensazioni boccali finali risultano di amaro. Il retrogusto è intenso. Al gusto vengono donati toni di miele, frutta secca, luppolo, resina, agrumi, pompelmo, frutta tropicale e ananas.

Bottiglia. Il gusto al naso viene attratto dall'orzo. La finezza olfattiva è normale e il modo in cui permane è sufficiente. Il manto birroso superiore è caratterizzato da una schiuma che resiste abbastanza. La grandezza delle bollicine è medio-fine. Il colore è giallo ambrato. Il corpo è rotondo. L'amaro è pronunciato. La forza gustativa è elevata e si prolunga in modo sufficiente. Il gusto è piacevole. Le sensazioni boccali finali risultano di pronta beva. Il retrogusto è di decente intensità. L'aroma in bocca porta i segni di miele, crosta di pane, frutta secca, erbaceo e agrumi.

Bottle at Mum and Dad's, 14/09/19. Lightly hazed golden copper with a decent off white cap. Nose is malt forward, breads, light orange peel, straw. Taste comprises bready malts, grass, light citric presence, toasted grains. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close with modest hop bitterness. Below average malty affair.

On tap at a pub with stiff springs in the seats on the way back to the hotel after a few hours in Temple Bar. The best thing about this beer is the artwork. Deep copper color with a thin but long lasting off white head. Rich caramel and bready malt light earthy hops and a bit of bitter astringency.

Clear medium amber colour, small frothy white head, dissipating slowly, light lacing. Aroma toasted malt, light apricot, biscuit, grain. Taste medium sweet and light bitter, malty, fruity, grain, biscuit. Malty sweetbitter aftertaste, light orange pith. Light body, oily texture, soft carbonation, decent.

500ml bottle at home. Hazy amber pour, large pillowy off-white head. Aroma of hay, crackers, washing up liquid. Taste is astringent bready malt with almost two apparent hop flavour despite what the label says. Quick dry finish

Can. Rusty red with a medium head. Aroma of bread malt. Flavour is toffee malt, fruit hop bitterness, long lingering bitter base.
