16/10/2021. Bottle from Tesco, Martlesham. Pours hazy/cloudy pale orange with a frothy white head. Aroma is ripe mango, earthy/husky, wheat, malt, orange, biscuit. Sweet taste, low bitterness. Moderate body, average to soft carbonation. Not bad, Mrs enjoyed it more than I did.

Cloudy bright orange with a large fluffy head that lingered and left excellent lacing. Tangy and sweetish with leafy hops, grapefruit, pineapple and a bit of tropical fruit. Long finish. Medium body.

Erstmals gefunden im Billa-Supermarkt am Hauptbahnhof Prag, wo ich mich gefreut hatte, ein neues tschechisches Bier zu finden. Es stellte sich dann als amerikanisches Witbier nach belgischen Vorbild heraus -das noch dazu von einer aufgekauften Brauerei des Giganten Molson-Coors kommt. Ein trübes Witbier, das ein MHD von über einem Jahr nach Kauf hat, ist schon verdächtig. Bei Einscheinken verströmt es schon einen intensiven Duft nach Orangenzeste, den man auch im Geschmackskörper wiederfindet. Allerdings ist dieses Aroma verdammt chemisch-falsch. Sonst kommt ein hefig-getreidiges Aroma durch, das aber auch nicht besonders natürlich oder urig wirkt. Es mag intensive Witbiernoten - besonders Orange und Orangenzeste - haben, aber einfach zu chemisch sein.

12 oz slim can from Hayden Days. Aroma has notes of tangerine and wheat. Pours hazy piss yellow with a one finger off-white head with decent retention. Taste is mildly sweet with faint bitterness, tasting of tangerine and wheat and a hint of spice; finishes dry. Mouthfeel is thin and watery but pleasantly carbonated. Bland, but it doesn't taste too bad.

Wheat aromas with light banana and other sweetness. Pale golden colour with a big creamy whitish head, very good stray and full creamy lacing. The taste shows this mild richness of sweet notes, but a bit of hops do help a little in the finish to cut it. Hints of bananas and cereal malts. Not bad for a low alcohol beer, but a little too sweet for my likings.
