Description
Opgericht door Sam de Bolle en Henk Schoute, vandaar Bolschout. Eind november 2014 werd de accijnsvergunning verworven. Na een jaar huurbrouwen besloot Sam begin 2017 de stap te zetten voor een grotere brouwerij met een brouwcapaciteit van 12 Hl. per batch. Deze nieuwe dubbele brouwinstallatie van elk 600 liter is in 2018 verhuist naar de Bierderij Waterland in Monnickendam waar Sam brouwmeester is en uitsluitend voor het proeflokaal brouwt onder deze naam.

Onze BrouwStudio bevind zich in Almere en heeft een brouwinstallatie van 200 liter waar wij experimentele bieren en brouwen in opdracht voor jouw eigen bier!

Bottle 0,33ltr: Hazy amber colored brew with an soft sweet bitter taste, hints of caramel and some maltiness. At last Almere have some good beer after the well known Koelschip debacles.

Tap at FlevoBierFestival, Almere: Brown colored brew with sweet taste with an little bitterness, lots of anise too. The called this an Bock for the winter, so i categorized as an Belgian Ale.

Bottle. golden color. Spicy, citric aroma, coreander. Spices dominate in the wheaty citric sweetish flavor. The balance could be better.

Bottle. Golden color. Ripe tropical fruit and floral notes in the aroma and flavor. Sweetish, yeasty, soft spicy notes.

Bottle, pours a huge head. Blonde. Citrus and soft floral notes in the aroma. Malty yet fairly dry. Soft yeasty floral citric flavor. Decent.
