Coffee and a little roast but overall aroma is pretty thin here. Black pour with quickly dying mocha head. Finish is slightly tangy and cloying. Can drank at the beach in Lauderdale.

The description is spot-on. 12 oz. can. Pours a clear dark ruby color with a small beige head and fair retention. No lacing. Faint caramel malt aroma. Taste is caramel malt with a hint of roastiness followed by a short finish. Light body. Flat mouthfeel. Smooth and easy drinking. Drinks like an amber lager/Vienna. Easily repeatable. Simple profile, but I like it.

Taster at the Growler Garage. Pours a clear, red color, with a small, cream head. The aroma is butterscotch, toast, pumpernickel, and walnuts. Sweet and malty, without much bitterness. Light to medium body, with a flat, syrupy, and sticky mouthfeel. Pretty nice.
