Bouteille(Diky, pane od Bodámského jezera!):Deep golden to light amber coloured, lots of floaties visible and cloudy, small and stable off-white head; mild fruity to grapedruity nose with slight traces of infection over a caramelly Background; moderate bitter-sweet flavour, disturbed by a delicate acidity, quite light bodied for a beer of 6.8%; mild and sourish bitter-sweet finish. Oh, what a pity...

bottle from the brewery’s outlet at Meßstetten. Hazy golden with a mid-sized white head. Hoppy nose with a sour, fruity touch. Full-bodied with a fruity character and some quite sour hints in the far background. Not sure whether the sour touch is intended to be like that, it’s unusual for the style. Not bad, I’d like it to be less sour as the sourness distracts from the aromatic hops.

bottle from the brewery’s outlet in Meßstetten, Lindenbrauerei. Hazy brown with a creamy off-white head. Sour nose. Malty with caramel and some unusual sourness present. Not sure whether it is intended with that sourness, but the fruity touch with blackcurrant and blackberry makes it quite nice.

bottle from the brewers outlet in Messstetten. Hazy brownish colour, mid-sized off-white head. Sorusih woody nose. Full-bodied,malty sweetness in the background. Sour brett domonates at first, later joined by some wood, smoke, tobacco, caramel, chocolate and dark berries such as blackcurrant. Interesting, smooth and quite nice. Good, but is it really woth 24,95 € per 0.75l bottle?

Very big thanks to quack-duck for that rare and expensive bottle. Looks really, really good. Beer in the glass brownish-amber, huge head. Strong, sourish-fruity aroma. Starts intense malty, quite sourish with interesting fruity notes of cherries. Light woody, not much alcoholic. Finish stronger, a bit drier, still with that nice cherry notes. Quite unusual bock, but really interesing!

2l bottle from Lindenbrauerei Meßstetten. Cloudy pale orange yellow colour, large and creamy white head. Fruity-dry aroma. Medium-bodied, wheaty base, quite crisp, shy fruit character, mainly banana and gooseberry in the background. Very smooth palate, the carbonation is not as hig as with other beers of the style from "Hausbrauereien". That velvety smoothness makes it highly drinkable. All in all rather nice!
