Description
In eikenhouten vaten rijpen onze speciale bieren.

On tap at DHVL. Pours clear blonde with no head. Must on the nose. Flavour has dirty yeast, a bit rustic, mild funk. Fine enough, but not particularly complex.

On tap at DHVL, pours a clear pale golden, no head. Aroma reveals old leather and a touch of earthy funk. Flavour is earthy and tart, with gentle citric notes, old leather, and earthiness. Not much funk at all, but clean and easy to drink. It’s fine for an unblended.

75cl bottle @ Belgian Beer Geeks Winter Gathering. Misty golden yellow pour, small white head. Nicely balanced gueuze, pleasant wild air, moderate funk with an appealing complex linger. Bourbon influence is quite mild, perhaps a light vanilla hint. Nice.
