Bottled at Les Crêpes Blé Noir, Pointe Sainthe-Mathieu. Clear deep golden, mid sized head. Aroma of funky cellared apples. Mid dry with medium body and crisp, rounded mouthfeel. Concentrate, funku, mildly tart apples. Mild apple skin bitterness. Lovely, complex cider.

Sample thanks to minutemat, cheers Mat! Clear orangey gold colour, white foam head that dissipates and aroma of cooked apple, roasted, caramel, woody, chestnuts. Taste is sweet, apple, nutty, juicy, fruity, caramel, chestnut barrel, with some drying tannin. Medium bodied, soft carbonation, dry tannic finish. Quite drinkable.
